Integrative IFS & Experiential Wellness Coaching
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative, evidence–based therapy that helps people heal by accessing and loving their protective and wounded inner parts. Just like members of a family, inner parts are forced from their valuable states into extreme roles within us. We also all have a core Self. Self is in everyone. It can't be damaged. It knows how to heal. By helping people first access their Self and, from that core, they come to understand and heal their parts. IFS creates inner and outer connectedness and balance.
At Rising Phoenix Integrative Wellness, the purpose of IFS work is to offer experiential IFS facilitated sessions to those who might be experiencing some of the following:
- Are you having trouble tapping into your creative potential?
- Are you unsatisfied with personal or professional relationships?
- Do you have blocks that prevent you from reaching your current goals and desires?
- Would you like to learn how to better communicate your thoughts, feelings and ideas to others?

Clients are guided to invite their focus inward on an inner journey of self discovery, to getting to know parts of themselves, the negative beliefs, and old patterns of behavior that can create challenges and keep us feeling “stuck” in repetitive processes.

Sessions are 50 minutes, and are based on individual client's needs and can include:
- A choice of in home or virtual

A Co-collaborative Partnership
In a co-collaborative relationship, we work together to find solutions to the challenges that you face from within. In a safe judgement free zone, you are guided to connect to self energy. Identifying limiting beliefs and maladaptive behaviors that be holding you back, and left feeling inadequate. Through this analysis, we will naturally identify the parts of you that are feeling activated and work with them.
Whether it is resolving the effects still felt from adverse childhood experiences, navigating the complex aspects of personal and professional relationships, IFS and Personal Growth coaching enables clients to unlearn limiting beliefs, and be empowered to embrace their full potential.
Unlike traditional coaching, I won't push you to take action steps until you've come to peace with where you are and feel aligned with what you're trying to accomplish. In a safe and supportive environment, you'll be able to explore what's been in the way, get assistance in unburdening what no longer serves your system, and create an action plan for having what you want next. By changing your language, you can change your brain.
Coaching with Amanda integrates these tools to teach you to accept yourself, build inner strength, and thrive. Learning to embrace yourself and your imperfections gives you the resilience needed to thrive. Our work together identifies barriers you created to protect yourself from the harsh realities that life can bring. Becoming more mindful of your struggles, and learning how to respond to yourself with compassion, kindness, and support in difficult times, creates change from within.
Learning to embrace yourself, and live despite mistakes, grievances, and imperfections inward and externally you provide yourself with the strength needed to flourish. Together we will put together a plan that enables you to find the right balance creating less stress, and empowering your own self-transformation.
